How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Customers who are on the Rodburn Delivery truck run will receive their order on the designated delivery day. For customers not on the truck run, an invoice will be emailed on the day of dispatch. Orders typically arrive within 2-7 days of dispatch.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

In the event of needing to change your shipping address, we kindly ask that you promptly contact our team by phone. For after-hours assistance, please send an email to sales@rodburn.com.au eith the subject line “Urgent – Please change my shipping address”.

How do I track the status of my order?

Your order will be promptly updated on your account. The tracking information for your shipment will vary based on your chosen method. Should you have any concerns regarding the status of your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact our team for assistance.

Do you ship to my country?

Rodburn exclusively operates and provides services withing the Australian market.

What are the minimum order requirements?

Rodburn maintains a minimum order requirement of $100.00+GST. Complimentary shipping is extended to most orders exceeding $400.00+gst within Victoria, subject to certain exclusions. Please note that shipping costs are applicable for orders outside of Victoria.

While we do not have a feature to save items in your cart for later purchase, we do offer the option to create a custom personalised order form with products of your choosing.

For any issues regarding damaged or missing items in your order, we kindly request that you promptly contact our team for immediate assistance. Should a return be necessary, our team will provide guidance on the appropriate procedures. A return authorisation form must be completed and returned along with the merchandise, which should remain unopened and in saleable condition.

Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

To amend or cancel an order after it has been places, we kindly ask that you reach out to our team via phone or email for further assistance. It is important to note the Rodburn does not facilitate returns based on change of mind or for special order items. However, for all other items, please contact our team for guidance on the appropriate steps to take.
