The Portable ABE Extinguisher discharges a fine powder that absorbs fuel molecules, depriving the fire of a fuel source when used. It comes with a hose, wall bracket and maintenance test tag.

It is suitable for Class A, Class B, Class C and Class E fires. Not considered effective on Class F fires. The Portable Powder Fire Extinguisher ABE, distinguished by a white coloured band around the top of the cylinder, is the most widely used type of fire extinguisher suited for fires occurring in the house, boat, garage, car or caravan.
